How to Convert XLSX to PDF Online
XLSX to PDF Converter
This tool accepts XLSX spreadsheets and returns PDF files. A spreadsheet has no concept of a page, so the data range has to be divided across paper: wide tables are cut onto further pages and columns may be scaled down to fit the width.
How to convert XLSX to PDF
- Select or drag XLSX files into the upload area.
- Confirm that the requested output format is PDF.
- Start the conversion and review the status of each file.
- Download each result once processing has finished.
Convert several files in one batch
The interface currently accepts up to 10 files per batch. Files are processed one after another; duplicates, mislabeled files and damaged files may be skipped or reported as errors.
File size after conversion
The size depends on how many pages the split produces, not on the size of the source spreadsheet.
Check the result
Check whether wide tables lose columns, whether header rows repeat on later pages, and number formats such as dates and currency. Those are the three most common failures.
Limits worth knowing
This tool changes the file format. It does not guarantee that every piece of metadata, every format-specific property or every embedded object survives the conversion. Keep the source file and test the result in the application where you plan to use it.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my table split across several pages?
Because the data range is wider than the paper. Narrow the columns or change the page orientation in the source before converting.
Are charts preserved?
Charts are usually drawn into the PDF as images. Check their position and scale.
Is my original file replaced?
No. The file on your device is left untouched.
