This tool accepts RTF files and returns PDF files. The layout is fixed to the page, so the result looks the same on every device, but the content is no longer directly editable the way the RTF file was.

How to convert RTF to PDF

1. Select or drag RTF files into the upload area.
2. Confirm that the requested output format is PDF.
3. Start the conversion and review the status of each file.
4. Download each result once processing has finished.

Convert several files in one batch

The interface currently accepts up to 10 files per batch. Files are processed one after another; duplicates, mislabeled files and damaged files may be skipped or reported as errors.

File size after conversion

The size depends on the page count, the images in the document, and whether fonts are embedded in the file.

Check the result

Check page breaks, the table of contents, footnotes and accented characters. Fonts that cannot be embedded are substituted, which shifts the page count.

Limits worth knowing

This tool changes the file format. It does not guarantee that every piece of metadata, every format-specific property or every embedded object survives the conversion. Keep the source file and test the result in the application where you plan to use it.

Frequently asked questions

Can I still edit the content afterwards?

Not directly the way you edited the source. Keep the source file for future edits.

Why is the page count different?

Because the layout is rebuilt from the fonts and margins available at conversion time, not from the settings on the original authoring machine.

Is my original file replaced?

No. The file on your device is left untouched.
